What You'll Do: Key Responsabilities- Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Commercialization
- Support the development and execution of commercialization strategies for cloud-enabled solutions across the BD Pyxis™ portfolio.
- Help refine target segments, customer personas, positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Contribute to launch planning, success metrics, and adoption initiatives.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to support product adoption and growth.
- Market Awareness & Customer Engagement
- Execute campaigns to build awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Develop customer facing content (e.g., case studies, webinars).
- Analyze customer, market, and competitive insights to inform messaging and strategy.
- Support Business Strategy & Portfolio Growth
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, including where to play, how to win.
- Collaborate with HEOR, Clinical, and Product teams to align evidence generation with commercialization goals.
- Support pricing, promotional, and market development initiatives
About you:You are a strategic and creative problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex business challenges and turning insights into action. You excel at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across functions through strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Your analytical mindset enables you to uncover opportunities, make data-driven decisions, and effectively communicate recommendations that drive results.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing and/or commercial experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, internships, and related work experience
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and bringing structure to new opportunities
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering value and outcomes
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Preferred Qualifications - Med Tech experience
- Masters Degree/MBA
