Content Development Specialist and a
Subject Matter Expert, leading the creation and deployment of high-impact marketing content while shaping channel strategies across acute care segments. You will translate complex clinical and technical information into meaningful stories that resonate with healthcare professionals-while driving measurable growth across key channels like hospitals, IDNs, and GPOs.
You will be part of a team that's shaping the future of acute care-where your work directly supports clinicians, enhances patient care, and drives meaningful innovation.
What you will do- Develop and execute channel marketing strategies across hospitals, IDNs, and GPOs
- Create compelling clinical content, campaigns, and collateral
- Act as a subject matter expert, translating complex medical concepts into clear, engaging messaging
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and medical teams to drive adoption and revenue
- Travel: up to 20%
What you bring- Minimum of 3-5+ years of medical marketing experience (Preferred: 5+ years of experience in channel and content strategy, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the medical device industry in acute care)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing and content strategy
- Proven ability to develop compelling content and drive engagement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
- Familiarity with CMS tools, CRM platforms, and design software (Adobe Suite)
