We are looking to add senior candidates to help us define, execute, measure and refine a creative and compelling marketing revenue strategy for NetCom Learning. Depending on experience and qualifications this role may contain a title adjustment.

You'll get to...

In this role, you will be responsible for the marketing architecture, successful creation and roll-out of specific Demand Gen programs and recommendations on the Martech tools to accomplish objectives. You will collaborate with the creative teams, sales team and other stakeholders to fill the pipeline with qualified leads that turn into revenue. NetCom Learning is committed to ABM, to attract and nurture key prospects.

An in-depth understanding of customer-centric architecture is crucial. In this role, you must be able to get inside the minds of the buyers to facilitate authentic conversations and timely promotions that move buyers through the funnel with greater velocity and precision.

You will explicitly be responsible for ensuring that the sales team is best equipped to win in the marketplace by messaging the product capabilities, value propositions into persuasive sales conversations that lead to closed business. It is expected that you will be a contributing member of the creative process working with the Creative Director, graphic and content teams. In addition, you will influence the strategy and daily work for an inside sales team.

You'll do it by...
  • Ensuring the Demand Generation machine is operating efficiently and tuned for high performance.
  • Effectively expand and manage omni-channel programs including search, social, content, webinars, infographics, video and web
  • Effectively positioning NetCom Learning's offerings among decision makers in the B2B and B2G segments - develop product messaging that differentiates NetCom Learning in the market
  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy across Search, Social and Content; Anticipate sales performance trends and build inbound marketing plan
  • Owning end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of search and social media campaigns with goals to increase traffic, leads, and transactions
  • Owning Market Intelligence - be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to articulate the value proposition


You'll do it using...
  • Demonstrable skills in mapping buyers journey into an actionable plan to drive revenue
  • Understand the inputs, reports, adjustment and capabilities of marketing automation platforms
  • Understand and recommend additions or deletions to the Martech stack
  • Understand lead scoring, MQL/SQL handoffs and data entry of CRM systems
  • Capable of data cleansing, list creation and managing diverse systems of data
  • Data-driven mind set that drives open dialog and debate
  • Analytical skills to measure and track campaign effectiveness, with the ability to innovate and iterate to focus on the most effective mechanisms
  • Experience as an individual contributor or manager who can catch the vision, drive success, and be self managed
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and customers
  • Team management skills to guide and inspire a team of 10-12 talented resources while at the same time being detail oriented to perform the task and achieve the business goal.
  • Tracking SEO, Google Analytics and social media data and making intelligent adjustments
  • Training industry experience is a major advantage
