Marketing Lead

Location: New York, NY (On-site)
Compensation: $100,000-$150,000 base depending on experience

The Role: Marketing Lead (Demand Generation)

This is a true 01 role where youll own pipeline generation across channels and define how a modern B2B marketing function should operate. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for marketers with 3-5+ years of experience who thrive in ambiguity, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and want to leave a visible fingerprint on a fast-scaling company. Youll work closely with leadership, partner tightly with sales, and shape how RevinAI is positioned in the market. You will be directly responsible for generating pipeline and shaping how Revin shows up in the market.

What Youll Do
  • Build and own a demand generation engine from the ground up
  • Drive inbound pipeline across content, paid, SEO/SEM, and partnerships with clear ownership of pipeline targets
  • Develop and execute content strategy across website, blog, and sales enablement
  • Overhaul and optimize the RevinAI website for conversion and search
  • Plan and manage conference strategy, logistics, and on-the-ground execution
  • Own and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Partner closely with sales to align messaging, pipeline goals, and attribution
  • Establish foundational marketing processes, tooling, and reporting (HubSpot)
Who You Are
  • 4+ years of experience in demand generation, growth, product marketing, or brand marketing
  • Proven 0  1 marketing experience at a fast-growing startup
  • Experience across content, product marketing, brand, conferences, partnerships, and demand generation
  • Someone with top-tier education in a highly selective and academically rigorous environment and/or experience at top-performing SaaS or AI companies.
  • Advanced degrees are a plus
  • Strong execution skills across multiple channels-not just strategy
  • Comfortable thriving in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
  • Self-starter with strong ownership mentality
  • Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with sales and leadership
