Responsibilities Job Responsibilities Key activities include, but are not limited to: Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution Develop and implement data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and business goals. Drive digital customer acquisition through email marketing, social media, and paid media campaigns. Oversee the execution of integrated brand marketing initiatives across the division. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Monitor, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Provide timely reporting and insights to guide decision-making and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Manage guest sentiment and feedback platforms to inform marketing strategy and customer experience improvements. Brand & Menu Management Ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across all channels and markets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set and update menu pricing, design menu boards, and direct creative execution. Support the production and distribution of marketing materials to all store locations. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Budgeting Work closely with executive leadership, operations, and revenue management to ensure strategic alignment across departments. Lead and moderate regular brand marketing meetings to coordinate initiatives and priorities. Manage the marketing budget with a strict focus on ROI, efficient resource allocation, and contract/media buy negotiations at a division or enterprise level. Data Analysis & Insight Generation Conduct deep-dive analyses of past performance to uncover trends and identify growth opportunities. Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights and presentations for non-technical stakeholders. Perform competitor benchmarking on pricing, positioning, and brand strategies. Team Leadership & Local Marketing Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering accountability, creativity, and professional development through ongoing coaching. Design and oversee the execution of local store marketing plans, developing scalable systems and tools to support store-level marketing across all locations. Identify emerging tools, platforms, and techniques to enhance marketing performance, leading special projects that support key strategic corporate initiatives. Qualifications Qualifications Education & Experience Degree: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 6+ years of progressive marketing experience in a consumer-facing industry. Industry Asset: Experience within the foodservice or restaurant industry is highly preferred. Leadership & Strategic Thinking Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while influencing at the senior management level. Experience leading cross-functional teams to manage critical paths, timelines, and deliverables. Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate high-level business objectives into effective marketing strategies. A results-driven, proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and can guide teams through transformation. Technical & Communication Expertise Deep understanding of brand trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing best practices. Demonstrated success in driving off-premise growth via digital channels (e.g., online/mobile ordering, loyalty programs, and third-party delivery platforms). Proficiency with marketing technologies and data analytics tools. Strong analytical skills paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively align with diverse stakeholders.
