Full Job Description
Summary: The Marketing Director manages the promotion of Orthopaedic Institute of Ohio's brand and services that align with the healthcare provider's goals and initiatives.

General Summary of Duties: (Other duties may be assigned.)
  • Manage, update, and develop content and policies for company website; Maintain site navigation including service updates and provider information; Maintain internal communications via intranet site
  • Develop and execute digital and print advertising campaigns, including social media, collaterals, video, and audio creative; Coordinate content creation for commercials and public appearances; Manage company's social media presence
  • Responsible for content creation and graphic design customized to specific marketing needs and internal/external branding use including advertisements, social media, business cards, pamphlets, brochures, flyers, office signs, etc.
  • Oversee reputation management and directories for all providers and office locations; Monitor and address patient reviews; Act as liaison between referring providers/facilities and OIO
  • Maintain relationships with external media vendors; Evaluate annual proposals and form strategic partnerships; Allocate budget and control spend
  • Monitor progress of various analytics and performance tracking platforms and make adjustments as needed
  • Manage signage and branding for all physical office locations to ensure visibility
  • Create and update internal documents and letter templates for internal company use
  • Continually review changes to the market, identify trends, monitor competitor activity, and conduct market research and adjust marketing plan if necessary
  • Coordinate community involvement sponsorships and other community engagement to build and maintain relationships with the communities
  • Maintain high level of knowledge of offered services and specialties

Education and Training:
  • Bachelor degree in marketing required
  • Experience with various content creation software (Adobe, Photoshop, Canva) preferred
  • Marketing background in healthcare industry preferred

Physical Demands and Working Conditions/Requirements:
  • Requires prolonged periods of sitting at desk and working at computer
  • Must have good computer and telephone communication skills and able to operate misc. office equipment
  • Hearing and vision abilities within normal range, or corrected, to observe and communicate with patients, staff, business contacts, and the public
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment in a professional medical office setting

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
  • Full time: 40 hours minimum per week; day shift hours

Travel Requirements:
  • Moderate travel may be required to travel to satellite offices and other professional obligations
