Marketing Data & Analytics Manager

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Marketing Data & Analytics Manager to help turn data into decisions that drive our continued growth.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll play a highly visible role in measuring marketing performance, developing dashboards, uncovering customer and market trends, and translating complex information into clear recommendations for leadership.

You'll work across Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, IT, and Operations, helping our teams better understand what's happening across our business, why it's happening, and what we should do next.

What You'll Do

Marketing Analytics & Performance
  • Measure and report on marketing performance across digital and traditional channels.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve performance and return on marketing investment.
  • Monitor trends across website traffic, store traffic, sales, customer acquisition, and other key business metrics.
  • Develop actionable recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and investments.
  • Connect marketing activity with broader customer and business performance.

Reporting, Dashboards & Data Visualization
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards using Power BI and other business intelligence and reporting tools.
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting for marketing and executive leadership.
  • Build reporting that makes complex information easy to understand and act on.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
    • Website traffic and digital engagement
    • Store traffic
    • Sales performance
    • Marketing campaign performance
    • SEO and organic search performance
    • Paid search and paid social performance
    • Social media performance
    • Email marketing results
    • Customer acquisition
    • Geographic, market, and store-level performance

Customer & Business Insights
  • Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and performance trends.
  • Evaluate geographic, market, and store-level results to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Support strategic initiatives with analysis and data-driven recommendations.
  • Turn complex datasets into meaningful insights that help teams make better decisions.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, IT, and Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to support accurate measurement and reporting.
  • Help establish and maintain reporting standards, KPI definitions, campaign naming conventions, and measurement practices.
  • Build strong partnerships across the organization and serve as a trusted resource for marketing and business analytics.

Executive Communication
  • Prepare dashboards, presentations, and reports for executive leadership.
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise, actionable insights.
  • Present findings, opportunities, and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Help leadership understand not only what happened, but why-and what we can do next.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, digital analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience analyzing multi-channel marketing performance.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate data and trends into practical business recommendations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing, fast-moving organization.
