Full Job Description
About This Opportunity

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Marketing Data Analyst to be the connector between our marketing data and the decisions that drive results. In this critical role, you will own the marketing data ecosystem, from building and maintaining data pipelines to developing insightful dashboards and reports. You will be responsible for integrating our core marketing platforms (including Pipedrive, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics) to create a single source of truth for performance.
Your analysis will directly inform campaign optimizations, guide strategic decisions, and provide forecasting that shapes our market approach. This position requires a unique blend of technical data skills, marketing acumen, and a collaborative spirit, as you will partner closely with marketing managers, the sales team, program staff, and senior leadership to turn data into actionable intelligence.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Manage and integrate marketing data systems by building reliable pipelines across core platforms, maintaining clean data, and ensuring accurate lead tracking and attribution.
  • Develop dashboards and automated reporting that provide clear visibility into KPIs, lead flow, pipeline performance, and program results.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify trends, improve conversion and engagement, and guide data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Support AI platform adoption by coordinating implementation, monitoring usage and performance, assisting with training, and partnering with IT on integrations.
  • Contribute to digital marketing execution as needed, including email setup, content scheduling, and other assigned marketing support tasks.

This is a full-time, exempt position located in Portland OR. Minimal travel is anticipated for this role.

Qualifications
Applicants for this role are required to have:
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence role.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing data systems and creating performance dashboards that drive business decisions.
  • Proven track record of analyzing marketing campaigns and providing data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Experience working with a modern marketing technology stack is required.

A successful candidate should also demonstrate these preferred characteristics and/or skills:
  • Experience in B2B marketing and/or regulated industries (such as utilities or energy) is highly desirable.

For candidates whose experience may not align perfectly with all these preferred skills but can see themselves adding value in this role, we encourage you to still apply. Cascade is dedicated to building an inclusive and authentic workplace and places strong importance on learning and development. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
