Title: Marketing Coordinator - Urology

Location: Upper East Side

Org Unit: Administration

Work Days: Monday-Friday

Weekly Hours: 35.00

Exemption Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $83,600.00 - $94,600.00

Position Summary

Reporting to the Department of Urology management team, coordinates and manages marketing operations and projects.

Specific duties include marketing project coordination, marketing asset and vendor coordination and management, collateral materials creative editing, coordination of executive and department reports, and coordination of newsletters and print materials for the department and MAP program.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies and workflows to improve overall operational performance of Marketing efforts for the MAP program; present action plans to resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, systems, and best practices to ensure program's efficiency. Train staff in divisional policies, procedures and systems, as applicable.
  • Create and manage project timeline/calendar/schedule and workflow tools.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Effectuate minor creative edits to collateral assets.
  • Create and manage the production of presentation decks, newsletters, and other reports for Department and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in weekly departmental team meetings to review and evaluate progress and deliverables.
  • Manage and monitor the Departmental marketing and outreach platforms.
  • Create and maintain an updated online and offline library of marketing assets, reports, resources, articles, presentations, and assist the team with requests for these items.
  • Provide operational support as requested by the Department to support the Department and MAP program needs.
  • Provide support for education and CME activities as it pertains to the MAP program and Departmental needs.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field


Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in executive supporting roles and project management, preferred.
  • Previous experience within the healthcare sector (public health agencies, non-profits, healthcare institutions, or agencies) a plus.

  • Solid understanding of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to coordinate work products, deliverables, and milestones across multiple lines of work.
  • Excellent attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Excellent organizational, speaking, writing, and interpersonal skills required; strong relationship building skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and an ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic.
