  • This position pays between $92,400 - $138,600/yr based on experience

Creative thinker with a passion for brand building to support our strategic communications and content marketing initiatives as the Marketing Communications Coordinator. This role will be responsible for overseeing our social media strategy, managing social media channels, coordinating content marketing efforts, tracking performance and supporting PR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring Ensembles social strategy to life through high-quality, execution across priority channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.

  • Own day-to-day social content planning and publishing, includingmaintainingthe editorial calendar and delivering the right mix of news, announcements, thought leadership and campaign content.

  • Drive engagement and audience growth through consistent, compelling content that reflects Ensembles voice,credibilityand point of view in the healthcare and rev cycle space.

  • Shape ideas, not just execution, bringing forward concepts informed by data, audience insight and what is resonating now, while being flexible and agile.

  • Write,editand refine social copy with strong instincts for tone and clarity, and create quick-turn assets (simple graphics and templates) using tools such as Canva.

  • Partner with internal leaders and client spokespeople to strengthen executive and SME visibility on LinkedIn, contentcadenceand amplification plans.

  • Support community engagement, including comment monitoring, real-time interaction on prioritypostsand escalation when needed.

  • Use social monitoring and publishing tools to track conversations, flagopportunitiesand supporttimelyengagement and responses

Success Metrics (examples):

  • Increase LinkedIn engagement rate and post-level engagement volume quarter over quarter.

  • Grow follower base and reach among priority audiences (health system CFOs, revenue cycle leaders, healthcare operators).

  • Deliver a consistent executive + SME posting cadence with measurable lift in visibility and engagement.

  • Improve UX of priority content (site, blogs, campaign assets) and support campaign goals through social amplification.

  • Maintain strong operational hygiene: on-time publishing, clear reporting, documentedlearningsand iteration based on performance.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track performance across social and content marketing using defined KPIs, with clear views into what is driving awareness, engagement,trafficand conversion.

  • Build andmaintainperformance reporting (dashboards, monthlyrecapsand campaign summaries) that is easy for stakeholders to understand and act on.

  • Use data to iterate quickly,adjustingtopics,formatsand distribution based on what is working and what is not, with clear hypotheses and next-step tests.

  • Familiarity with social media management,monitoringor content platforms (Sprout Social or similar) preferred but notrequired.


Experience We Love:

  • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies, including executive and SME strategies across owned and earned channels.

  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and social media best practices and platform policies, with confidence using analytics to guide decisions.

  • Familiarity with social media management,monitoringor content platforms (Sprout Social or similar) preferred but notrequired.

  • Experience in a multi-faceted, cross-functionalenvironment

  • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.

  • This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.

Minimum Education:

  • BachelorsDegree or Equivalent Experience

Required Certifications:

  • CRCR or other approved certification
