Marketing Campaigns Manager, North America

We are actively seeking a Marketing Campaigns Manager, North America. The role will report directly to the V.P. of Field Marketing, NAMER. The Marketing Campaigns Manager, North America will be based in the U.S. and may work from a remote office.

Summary Position

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative Marketing Campaigns Manager to lead integrated digital marketing and demand generation campaigns across North America. In this role, you will combine strategic digital marketing ownership with hands-on campaign execution to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline generation, opportunity acceleration, customer expansion, and revenue growth. You will work closely with global campaign managers, field marketing, marketing operations, content, creative, web, sales, and agency partners to bring campaigns to market, measure performance, and continually optimize results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing and demand generation strategies that support awareness, engagement, pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, customer retention, and revenue growth across prospect and existing client audiences.
  • Plan, coordinate, and launch integrated campaign components across paid media, email, web, content syndication, remarketing, prospecting/display, native, programmatic, social media, webinars, executive events, and solution-focused content.
  • Lead digital amplification strategies that increase visibility and engagement for thought leadership, customer success stories, analyst reports, webinars, executive events, and other campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with global campaign managers, field marketing, marketing operations, content, PR, solutions marketing, web, creative services, sales, and agency partners to align campaign plans, deliverables, timelines, and execution requirements.
  • Manage campaign project plans, calendars, deliverables, internal communications, and launch readiness to ensure campaign components are delivered on time and of high quality.
  • Partner with marketing operations on audience segmentation, list requests, campaign deployment, lead uploads, nurture track alignment, and operational readiness.
  • Work with in-house and external creative, content, and agency partners to develop compelling paid concepts, content promotion strategies, advertising creative, landing page experiences, offers, and campaign resources.
  • Create clear, consistent, and timely internal communications and enablement resources that help regional field marketing teams adopt and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Analyze campaign performance, build and interpret reporting dashboards, monitor KPIs and ROI, and provide weekly and monthly insights with actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify process improvements, campaign best practices, and scalable approaches that improve execution quality, reporting discipline, and global campaign alignment.

Experience and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, campaign management, marketing operations, or a related marketing role, with experience supporting awareness, lead generation, pipeline acceleration, customer marketing, and revenue growth objectives.
  • Strong understanding of integrated B2B demand generation, digital media, campaign execution, lead nurturing, and marketing operations processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance, draw conclusions from marketing and financial data, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear stakeholder communications and present campaign strategy, results, ROI, and recommendations.
  • Highly organized project manager with strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and cross-functional contributors simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting dashboards, Salesforce, Qlik, Marketo, SalesLoft, Excel, and other marketing analytics and automation tools.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, collaborative, positive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or comparable education and experience.

The general salary range for this type of role is 92k - 138k depending on skills and experience. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be based on several factors such as: a candidate's location, and the level of applicable skills and professional experience. Rimini's target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant's Interview process.
