Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $67,300.00 - $112,200.00. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 10%, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

This position is not eligible for any form of sponsorship now or in the future. Individuals requiring sponsorship (e.g. OPT or H1B visa status) should not apply. Only individuals authorized to work in the United States now and for the foreseeable future will be considered for this position.

Position Details

The Marketing Campaign Strategist develops and implements marketing campaign strategies from ideation through optimization for an assigned group of campaigns within established Marketing priorities and business objectives. The role partners with leaders and stakeholders to translate Marketing strategy and business needs into campaign approaches informed by customer insights and performance data. The role works with Creative, Channel, Analytics, and other Marketing partners to coordinate content and campaign execution consistent with established strategy. The role reviews campaign performance with partners and recommends opportunities to optimize results.

You Will
  • Develop campaign approaches within established Marketing priorities and business objectives by incorporating customer insights, business needs, and performance data.
  • Translate approved campaign strategies into clear content direction for Creative, Channel, and Marketing partners to support aligned campaign tactics.
  • Coordinate campaign execution with cross-functional partners to maintain alignment of messaging, content, and channel plans with approved strategy and business objectives established by more senior roles.
  • Partner with Analytics, Channel, and Marketing teams to support measurement planning, review campaign performance, and contributes to recommended opportunities to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with business subject matter experts to ensure campaign content accurately reflects customer challenges, product information, industry context, and compliance considerations according to established/approved strategy and brief.
  • Coordinate campaign planning and optimization activities within established approaches across Marketing to support consistency, reduce duplication, and improve campaign effectiveness.


You Have
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
  • 2+ years of experience developing or supporting marketing campaigns, campaign strategies, marketing plans, or integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Experience developing or supporting marketing campaign strategies, marketing plans, or integrated marketing initiatives within established Marketing priorities and business objectives.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, campaign strategy concepts, customer segmentation, messaging strategy, and channel planning.
  • Experience using customer insights, business inputs, performance data, and campaign results to inform marketing recommendations and campaign optimization.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Analytics, Channel Marketing, Product, Sales, or business subject matter experts to deliver aligned marketing work.
  • Experience communicating recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and coordinating multiple campaign priorities, inputs, and timelines to support accurate, consistent, and compliant execution.
