Full Job Description
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing & Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and marketing initiatives. This role will strengthen our market presence, generate qualified opportunities, and ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and work closely with sales, leadership, vendors, and technical teams to translate complex technology solutions into clear, compelling business value.

Brand Management
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and market positioning.
  • Ensure brand standards are followed across the website, social media, proposals, presentations, advertising, events, and sales materials.
  • Strengthen awareness and credibility within our target markets.
  • Manage relationships with external designers, agencies, printers, and other marketing partners.

Marketing Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Plan and manage campaigns across email, LinkedIn, digital advertising, webinars, events, and partner channels.
  • Create campaigns promoting managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, Microsoft 365, AI, data governance, and other technology solutions.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate joint marketing initiatives and available funding with technology vendors and distribution partners.

Content and Digital Marketing
  • Develop relevant content, including case studies, customer success stories, articles, newsletters, guides, presentations, and downloadable resources.
  • Manage website content and coordinate updates to improve messaging, engagement, and lead conversion.
  • Oversee the company's social media presence, with an emphasis on LinkedIn.
  • Support search engine optimization, paid campaigns, and other digital marketing activities.
  • Turn technical concepts into clear, business-focused messaging for decision-makers.

Lead Generation and Sales Support
  • Work with the sales team to define target markets, ideal customer profiles, and campaign priorities.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, service sheets, proposal content, email campaigns, and customer communications.
  • Build campaigns that generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.
  • Track leads from source through conversion in the CRM.
  • Support customer events, webinars, seminars, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.

Reporting and Performance
  • Establish measurable marketing objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Report on campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, engagement, and return on marketing investment.
  • Use performance data to improve campaign targeting, messaging, and channel selection.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in marketing, brand management, or demand generation.
  • Experience in B2B technology, managed services, cybersecurity, SaaS, or professional services is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written communication, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing digital campaigns, content programs, websites, social media, and events.
  • Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, analytics, content management, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to work independently in a growing organization.
  • Experience working with Microsoft or other technology vendor marketing programs is an asset.
