Inspirus is a leading HR engagement and recognition solution provider located in Fort Worth, Texas and subsidiary of Pluxee Group.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
- Create and write compelling marketing content for email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and other digital channels.
- Build and execute email marketing and demand generation strategies using marketing automation tools.
- Develop and manage social media strategies aligned with business and product marketing objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to support campaigns, messaging, and market research initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage trade shows, events, and related marketing activities.
- Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance across multiple digital channels.
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Support innovative AI-driven marketing initiatives and automation projects.
- Report directly to the Marketing Director and work closely with regional and global stakeholders.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, or related roles.
- Previous experience in SaaS, HR SaaS, or similar technology-driven industries is highly preferred.
- Strong experience with HubSpot and hands-on knowledge of marketing automation best practices.
- Familiarity with B2B advertising and demand generation platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads is important.
- Experience creating marketing content and executing multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of sales enablement tools is a plus (Salesforce, Apollo.io, Outreach, or similar).
- Experience with Power BI, audience engagement tools such as Seros, and design platforms like Canva or Adobe InDesign is a plus.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and other business areas.
