The Marketing Associate - Global Accounts will support the execution of marketing plans and programs for Global Accounts North America within the Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) division. In this entry-level marketing role, the Marketing Associate will help coordinate marketing activities, gather and summarize information, prepare materials, and support product introductions, program updates, and team initiatives. This position will work closely with Global Accounts Sales, the North America Field Team, and cross-functional partners in RD&E, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, and Finance.
The position will report to the QSR Marketing Manager 6 Global Accounts and work with guidance from Marketing Managers and cross-functional partners.
What You Will Do:
- Support Marketing Managers with day-to-day execution of Global Account marketing plans and programs.
- Help gather and summarize customer, market, competitor, and industry research.
- Coordinate project updates, timelines, and communications with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist with preparation of marketing materials, presentations, reports, and program updates.
- Support product introductions and updates by helping coordinate information, timelines, and launch materials.
- Track basic market and competitor information and share key updates with the team.
- Help maintain project trackers, meeting notes, action items, and other team resources.
- Assist with updates to training materials and sales tools for Sales and Field Teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor 27s degree
- 2 year of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Restaurant, food service or QSR experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment
- Ability to build working relationships and help coordinate projects across regional functional teams
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to manage multiple tasks, ask questions when needed, and escalate issues appropriately
- Interest in understanding customer priorities and supporting customer-focused solutions
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and contribute to a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $65,800.00 - $98,700.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
