The anticipated salary range for this position is
$83,000 - $106,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
What You Bring
- Lead and facilitate proposal and qualification package coordination (including gathering resumes, project descriptions, and supporting documentation in alignment with company standards), track progress, compile data and information from team members, execute submittals, responses and follow ups.
- Prepare and organize business development materials by maintaining client information, coordinating proposal content, and managing CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Oversee marketing activities, including strategic content coordination, project data management, execution of trade shows and events, and development of brand consistent marketing materials.
- Facilitate internal communication between manufacturing, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on pursuits, priorities, and client needs.
- Manage external communications by directing client correspondence, guiding preparation of presentations and follow-up materials, and coordinating meetings and site visits to support business objectives.
- Support business development and sales activities, including strategic lead tracking, opportunity assessment, and governance of pursuit documentation.
- Research market trends, competitors, and target clients to support business development strategies and identify potential industry growth opportunities.
- Organize, maintain, and analyze business development data, reports, and pursuit documentation to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Represent the organization professionally in limited external settings such as industry events, trade shows, or client meetings when supporting business development initiatives.
- Perform other business development, sales support, and marketing coordination duties as assigned.
Nice to Have
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, Communications, or a related field is required. An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 4-7 years of experience supporting business development, sales, marketing, within construction, manufacturing, engineering, or related industries.
- Experience supporting sales pursuits, proposals, marketing initiatives, or client communications in a professional services or industrial environment.
- Exposure to construction manufacturing, prefabrication, modular construction, or industrial fabrication environments is preferred.
- Experience working in a cross-functional role supporting business development, sales, marketing, and operations teams is preferred.
- A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons' ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Bildt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
