This is a rare opportunity to build a marketing and communications function from the ground up at a precision manufacturer with serious customer relationships, real growth ambition, and active executive sponsorship. The CEO is the direct reporting line, which means visibility, influence, and the ability to make this seat what it should be - not what it was.
NIC offers a competitive compensation package, full benefits, and the chance to do work that visibly shapes the trajectory of a five-plant manufacturing business.
To Apply
Qualified candidates should submit a resume, a short cover note describing what attracts them to a first-in-seat role at a multi-site manufacturer, and one or two writing samples demonstrating range (internal communication, external-facing copy, or executive-voice content).
