Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented individual to join CLEAResult as a Marketing Account Manager!Please note - this role is remotely-based, but candidates must live in Eastern PA/Western NJ for (as needed) client meetings.The Marketing Account Manager is responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, growing relationships, and delivering innovation and value through strategic marketing initiatives. This role ensures client requests are fulfilled, marketing budgets are optimized, and projects are executed seamlessly in collaboration with internal teams.
Role Overview:Client Relationship Management- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for assigned clients in partnership with Program teams.
- Maintain client satisfaction and strengthen relationships with an assigned group of accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce innovative marketing tactics, channels, or service line offerings.
- Nurture new business opportunities within existing clients to meet revenue targets.
Strategic Collaboration & Market Insight- Collaborate with Business Development, Program teams, and Program Directors to identify and grow opportunities across territories.
- Develop an understanding of market nuances for assigned client groups, including competitive landscape, top-performing strategies, and consumer demand.
- Work with senior account managers on day-to-day marketing planning, development, and execution for a suite of clients.
Analytics & Forecasting- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly results, annual forecasts).
- Interpret data analytics to inform strategy and optimize performance.
Creative & Project Management- Draft creative/strategy briefs and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Partner with Producers to shepherd projects from conception to completion.
- Participate in campaign reviews and translate client feedback into actionable steps.
- Manage project code setup and resource allocation.
Financial & Operational Coordination- Collaborate with Financial Operations and Producers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Assist in meeting agency KPIs and revenue goals.
Exciting candidates will have...- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing account management, client services, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and project management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
Target Compensation$70,000 - $80,000
DOT RequirementsIf applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
Compensation Range$65,700.00 - $98,600.00
