JOB DESCRIPTION

Leverage your analytic skillset to unlock sales achievement and enhance operations, analysis and business intelligence. 

As a Data Analyst in Healthcare Payments Sales, you will support  the successful growth of the Healthcare Payments business. As a core contributor of the team, you deliver actionable insights, optimize sales performance, and drive execution of strategic priorities. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and the ability to transform complex data into meaningful recommendations for senior leaders.

J.P. Morgan Healthcare Payments supports healthcare organizations of all sizes with an end-to-end suite of solutions built specifically for healthcare. Job responsibilities

  • Analyze pipeline, revenue, win/loss and client engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor sales metrics and help provide insights to leadership on business performance.
  • Support forecasting and reporting processes across Healthcare Payments.
  • Conduct market, competitor and client research to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support sales planning activities, including territory analysis and account prioritization.
  • Track adoption and effectiveness of sales programs and promotional initiatives.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Technology, Finance and Business Management teams.
  • Support leadership meetings by preparing briefing materials, performance updates and strategic analyses.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to drive execution of key business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, analytics and sales processes.
  • Leverage data visualization, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and decision-making. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

 

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, strategy, consulting, financial services, healthcare or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting large datasets.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and business insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Experience within financial services, payments, fintech, healthcare technology or healthcare payments.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of sales pipeline management, forecasting and performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
  • Demonstrated ability to support senior executives and leadership teams.
