Make an impact! As a Market Manager, you will develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of relevant, attractive, and competitive hotel and property products for Expedia Group's fast-growing global traveler base. You will work closely with lodging partners in your assigned territory to help them maximize production potential, improve traveler conversion, and unlock the full value of Expedia Group's marketplace. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by travel, relationship-building, data-driven decision-making, and helping partners grow in a fast-changing environment.
In this role, you will: - Develop and sustain strong hotel partnerships in a strategic territory by providing relevant data insights and high-quality, needs-based consulting services, including revenue management advice and marketplace growth opportunities
- Ensure partner properties are consistently optimized across Expedia Group sites through strong content, rates, and availability, while securing additional inventory during high-demand periods to meet traveler needs
- Drive partner engagement with Expedia Group's tools, insights, and solutions, including partner reports, competitive data, Rev+, marketing and merchandising opportunities, specialized brands, and Expedia Partner Central
- Represent Expedia Group in your market and build relationships with key local influencers, while collaborating across internal teams to execute market strategy and business initiatives
- Coach colleagues and peers on best practices and workflow methodologies, contribute to internal projects as needed, and continue to build your own skills and influence
- Execute effectively against KPI metrics, promote self-service, support hotel partners in delivering the best traveler experience, and travel for partner visits approximately 20-30% of the time
Experience and qualifications: - You have 2+ years of experience in account management, partner or client success, consultative sales, or a related field
- You are proficient in English and can communicate ideas and directives clearly and persuasively
- You are passionate about travel and work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively with a diverse team
- You are comfortable using data, market trends, partner performance insights, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and address business needs
- You have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, earn the confidence of others, and consistently demonstrate the value of partnering with Expedia Group
- You bring a growth mindset, strong prioritization and multitasking skills, and the resilience to follow through in challenging situations while driving results against team goals

The total cash range (inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target) for this position in Seattle is $94,000.00 to $131,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $150,500.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Incentive plan performance above target will also earn more than the incentive target compensation amount.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
