JOB DESCRIPTION

The Market Leadership Team (MLT) program is a cross-firm initiative that brings together senior leaders from all lines of business to deliver the firm locally as one cohesive team. MLTs develop, implement, and drive cross-LOB strategies that advance business growth in local markets across the United States and support local engagement with employees and the community.

Reporting to the MLT Program Management Executive Director, this role supports the day-to-day program management, operations, analytics, and tooling for the MLT program, enabling consistent, high-quality execution across markets. This role collaborates with Corporate partners, specifically MLT events team, CR and corporate communications teams, MLT finance partners and CR teams to maintain program artifacts, drive data integrity, and support program and process improvements.

Program Management

  • Coordinate program initiatives and lead select special projects from concept to execution, including project planning, timelines, RAG ratings, and KPI/process improvement tracking.
  • Proactively streamline processes and work with Market Strategy Leads and local MLT support teams to implement.
  • Maintain and enhance the MLT playbook and best practices library to scale operational excellence and innovation; drive adoption for improved efficiency and market impact.
  • Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and communications for senior audiences.
  • Support select signature events, including agenda development, stakeholder outreach, material preparation, and follow-up.
  • Manage, engage and activate local MLT support teams through recurring office hours and meetings to proactively troubleshoot issues, identify challenges and opportunities, and surface solutions that enable consistent, high-quality execution across markets.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Market Strategy Leads, contribute to business case development for growth initiatives, and ensure timely communication of results to MLTs and senior leadership.
  • Partner with the PE Executive Office to pilot new technology capabilities, develop how-to guides, and maintain the SharePoint knowledgebase, incorporating AI as relevant.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics on market research, dashboards, and budget templates; identify and support automation efforts to increase efficiency and bandwidth.
  • Maintain MLT membership and corporate partner rosters; support system access management and governance.


Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with corporate partners and cross-functional teams to maintain program artifacts, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements.
  • Liaise with OCFO on budget management and spend policy at local and national levels.
  • Support Market Strategy Leads and local MLT teams with tools, templates, troubleshooting, and consolidated feedback.
  • Coordinate office hours and roundtables, including scheduling, agendas, notes, follow-ups, andsummarizing insights.

Governance, Risk & Controls

  • Maintain issue/risk logs, meeting minutes, and decision records to ensure audit readiness.
  • Handle confidential information per firm policy and apply access controls.
  • Ensure data quality and auditability; escalate variances and control issues within agreed SLAs.
