Design-Build, Market Leader - Richardson, TXWe are seeking an experience and strategic Design-Build Market Leader to grow and lead our Design-Build and Alternative Delivery practice across the country. This role will drive market strategy, pursuit excellence, contractor partnerships, and successful project delivery while helping expand the firm's presence in transportation, water/wastewater, aviation, and infrastructure markets.
As a key leader, you will collaborate with operational, technical, and business development leaders to identify opportunities, win major pursuits, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
What you will do:- Lead the firm's Design-Build growth strategy and market expansion efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with owners, contractors, and key industry partners.
- Identify, qualify, and lead major design-build pursuits and teaming opportunities.
- Provide executive oversight for significant design-build projects.
- Champion best practices in project delivery, risk management, and collaboration.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing design-build team across multiple offices and practices.
- Represent the firm at industry organizations, conferences, and client events.
What you will need:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of AEC experience, including significant design-build project experience.
- Prefer PE or DBIA certification.
- Experience with Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, or other alternative delivery methods.
- Proven success leading and winning major design-build pursuits.
- Strong relationships within the construction and infrastructure industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
