Role Overview

This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and talent development across HVAC Controls Post-Sales Engineering & Install delivery operations. You will lead a multi-disciplinary organization, strengthen customer relationships, and build the capability needed to expand Johnson Controls' market presence.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and execute market business strategies that align with regional and enterprise objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and market share expansion.
  • Develop and implement annual operating plans and growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and local stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support sales teams in achieving growth objectives.
  • Provide leadership across HVAC service, controls, project execution, installation, and operational teams.

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Proven experience managing customer-facing operations, service delivery, project execution, and business performance.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing teams through growth and transformation.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, and operational metrics.
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to drive business decisions and performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred
  • Experience leading a multi-functional field organization.
  • Background in HVAC Engineering, controls, building automation systems, mechanical contracting, or related technical environments.
