You will lead market access strategy and execution for assigned therapeutic areas in Canada. You will work with colleagues across Market Access, Health Economics, Medical Affairs, Pricing, Policy, and commercial teams. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and deliver market access strategies that support product launch, reimbursement, and long-term access in public and private payers.
- Lead preparation of reimbursement dossiers, health technology assessment (HTA) submissions, and payer materials that communicate product value clearly.
- Work with HEOR and clinical teams to define evidence needs and shape real-world evidence planning and value generation.
- Build and maintain external payer and stakeholder relationships to gather insights and test value messaging.
- Partner with commercial and field teams to align implementation plans, negotiation strategy, and payer-facing tools.
- Monitor policy, payer, and HTA changes in Canada and translate those changes into practical actions for brands.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, pharmacy, public health, business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry across market access, pricing, HEOR, or related commercial roles.
- At least 3 years' specific market access and reimbursement experience within specialty, oncology, or similar therapeutic areas.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian HTA and reimbursement environment, including provincial and private payer processes.
- Proven ability to analyze clinical and economic data and translate insights into compelling value propositions for payers.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across internal and external partners.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, PharmD, MBA) in life sciences, health economics, public health or related discipline.
- Experience preparing submissions to Canadian HTA bodies and working with pCPA processes.
- Experience in negotiations or securing product listing agreements with public or private payers.
- Bilingual English and French written and verbal skills.
- Practical experience designing real-world evidence or HEOR studies to support reimbursement.
- Strong commercial understanding and experience partnering with brand and field teams.
Working arrangement
This role is hybrid, with regular time in our Mississauga office and flexibility to work remotely as agreed with the hiring manager. Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Canada.
