Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Implement and manage mid to large company programs.

Required QualificationsRelevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in program administration and implementation
Proven ability to manage project teams, develop and initiate actions, work independently, and accept ownership for achieving results associated with assigned accountabilities
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
