Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations while meeting customer requirements, regulatory standards, and business objectives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to balance production priorities, maximize resource utilization, and maintain schedule accuracy in a GMP/cGMP manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and optimize daily, weekly, and long-term production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and business priorities.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Monitor production performance, schedule adherence, and equipment utilization, making adjustments to minimize disruptions and improve operational efficiency.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts, communicate production changes, and provide accurate forecasts and schedule updates to stakeholders.
- Support new product introductions, maintenance activities, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with GMP/cGMP standards and company procedures.
Shift: Mon - Fri, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Qualifications- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, supply chain, or a related role.
- Knowledge of GMP/cGMP manufacturing environments and production scheduling principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, ERP/MRP systems, or other scheduling software, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing production demands, and make sound scheduling decisions.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $103,200.00 - $161,250.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
