Full Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to play a key role in the successful launch of new products. In this role, you'll be the quality champion throughout the entire new Product Deployment process, ensuring products meet internal standards, comply with SE requirements, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from day one.

What You'll Do
As the Quality Engineer supporting new product deployment, you will:

Lead Quality Documentation Development
  • Create, maintain, and approve all quality documentation for new launches, ensuring full alignment with established SE standards, specifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) to translate product requirements into robust quality controls.

Drive Continuous Quality Improvement
  • Partner with production teams during pilot builds and early manufacturing runs to identify improvement opportunities and ensure flawless execution.
  • Establish data-driven quality metrics and use real-time feedback to elevate process capability and product reliability.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by advocating for proactive quality behaviors and corrective/preventive actions.

Own PFMEA Updates for New Product Risks
  • Update and refine Process Failure Mode & Effects Analyses (PFMEA) to capture potential failure modes introduced by new product designs or processes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional PFMEA reviews to ensure risks are fully understood, assessed, and mitigated prior to launch.
  • Implement controls and verification steps to prevent high-risk failure modes and ensure long-term product performance.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, Operations, or a related field is required.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, product development processes, and manufacturing fundamentals.
  • Experience with PFMEA, control plans, process validation, and quality documentation practices.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, communicate clearly, and influence in a fast-paced environment.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for building quality into products from the start.
  • Proven experience in quality engineering, compliance, audits, or logistics environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with PFMEA, risk assessments, ISO systems, and supplier quality processes.
  • SAP knowledge is desirable
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms (Power BI, Excel, etc.).
