Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains effective manufacturing and engineering processes.

Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees.

Under direct supervision, oversees the design and plan layout of the manufacturing/engineering process.

Provides supervision to subordinates to aid in daily problem solving.

Provides guidance to Engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.

Oversees the arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure the most efficient and productive layout.

Ensures that all engineering work is documented, lab/engineering notebooks are maintained, and all Company policies are enforced with regard to proprietary information, patents, technology development and confidentiality.

Daily monitoring of Techs and builds
Training and coordinating of Tech.
Prioritize of build schedule
Mfg. capacity planning and allocation

Functional Knowledge
  • Demonstrates understanding and application of guidelines, procedures and processes in own job family


Business Expertise
  • Applies understanding of how own team is impacted by upstream work of other teams


Leadership
  • Supervises day-to-day work and participates in the coaching and development of employees

  • Uses judgment based on practice and precedent to resolve issues related to production schedules and daily priorities

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
