If you are a Manufacturing Operations Manager at least 10 years of experience with manufacturing production planning, production supervision, budgeting, training, strategic planning, client meetings, help with purchasing and sales with technical support. Manufacturing Production experience, Engineering background preferred but not required. Full-time direct hire position.

What you will do as a Manufacturing Operations Manager:
• Manage day to day production operations
• Coordinate manufacturing planning
• Hire and train employees
• Manage a team of technicians
• Answer technical sales questions and client presentations
• Manage strategic planning with leadership teams
• Other tasks as assigned

What you will need as a Manufacturing Operations Manager:
• Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing production planning
• Excellent operations management experience
• Engineering background is preferred but not required
• Leadership skills in machine assembly and planning
• Previous P & L experience preferred
• Manufacturing assembly and production experience required
