If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities: - Develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives within their local manufacturing plant to drive improved operational performance and develop Operations Excellence tools and platforms to drive transformation across the plant
- Create detailed data analytics utilizing process information and financial reports to assess manufacturing activities and identify improvement opportunities
- Provide expertise, leadership, and training on TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and other structured continuous improvement techniques to all employees within the plant
- Utilize a hands-on approach in working with the front-line team members to promote and deploy sustainable continuous improvement activities
- Provide project management leadership to implement pilots and the ongoing rollout of new continuous improvement plans
- Collaborate with and influence all functional areas to ensure the continuous improvement strategy is understood and is sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholders
- This position may require travel up to 20% of the time

Required Education and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience
