Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Eight years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in injection molding.
• Familiarity with statistical methods like SPC.
• Knowledgeable in TQM, TPM, P/DFMEA, and DOE concepts.
• Proficient in project management with Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in verification and validation methods.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Positive leader capable of managing teams and driving improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead production supervisory team to meet production goals.
• Support and enhance quality procedures and processes in molding operations.
• Supervise maintenance of injection molding machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Manage capital improvement projects and oversee project completion.
• Assign and evaluate capital projects for vendor performance.
• Ensure plant safety and improve housekeeping standards.
• Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
