Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Leads and manages team of front-line supervisors to meet production build plans while meeting safety and quality guidelines
Responsible for ensuring proper training and adherence to all Safety policies and promoting a safe work environment culture
Performance Management & coaching / mentoring of direct associates
Responsible for Cross-Training and Job Rotation programs within department
Responsible for maintaining qualified trainers within the department
Responsible for frequent communications with associates through the Tiered Management System
Responsible for assisting in Quality investigations (Corrective and Preventative Actions), yield, and continuous improvement projects
Mentor lead(s) and front-line supervisor(s)
Ensure customer delivery targets are met; collaborate with planning on an achievable level set schedules and optimize associate resources
Participate in monthly financial forecasting, annual budget process, and ensure financial targets are achieved
Participate and drive continuous improvement actions through evolution of standardized work

Experience Required

Days and hours of work require flexibility to support your team(s)
