As the Manufacturing Excellence Specialist, you9ll be responsible for training, coaching, and assessing teams across functions in our factory for Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma activities. Dive into our data to help us identify opportunities to improve our performance and processes while you lead our teams in performing traditional industrial performance and engineering responsibilities.
- Analyze downtime data, validate production loss categories, and identify trends or recurring issues to prioritize improvement efforts.
- Investigate production floor issues, troubleshoot equipment and process failures, and determine root causes.
- Implement corrective actions that improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall process performance.
- Use working knowledge of production machinery to support operators in real time and help stabilize production.
- Partner with maintenance, engineering, production teams, and IWG leads to guide continuous improvement initiatives and project workstreams.
Requirements- Bachelor9s degree and 1+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
OR
- High school diploma with 3+ years of continuous improvement, process improvement, or coaching and developing in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
Other- Experience with Power BI or related software preferred.
Salary: $74,969.10 to $100,552.00 per year
