Help Shape the Future of Our Manufacturing Operation

About the Role

As our Manufacturing Excellence Manager, you'll work directly with company leadership to improve every aspect of our fabrication operation.

You'll help bridge the gap between engineering, estimating, project management, production, shipping, and our growing online sales platform to ensure work flows efficiently from order to delivery.

Your mission is simple:

Build a manufacturing operation that is safe, organized, efficient, scalable, and driven by continuous improvement.

What You'll Do
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives throughout the fabrication shop.
  • Develop and implement scalable manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coach and develop shop employees while creating a culture of accountability, teamwork, and ownership.
  • Improve workflow from estimating and detailing through fabrication, packaging, and delivery.
  • Partner with project managers, purchasing, engineering, and production teams to improve communication and execution.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.
  • Develop KPIs and production metrics that help drive daily performance.
  • Help implement technology and automation to improve manufacturing operations.
  • Improve inventory control, material flow, and production scheduling.
  • Create systems that prepare the shop for long-term growth while maintaining exceptional quality and customer service.

Pay
  • $85,000 - $100,000 - Pay Rate Determined in Interview
Preferred Experience
