Siemens Digital Industries Software (DI SW) is actively recruiting for a Professional Services Principal Product Architect.
As a Siemens Professional Services Principal Product Architect, you are the point person for building a strong relationship with customers and helping them realize their Digitalization vision within their industry.
This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, technical leadership skills, process improvement skills as well as Teamcenter PLM configuration and customization implementation skills.
As part of the Professional Services team, you will be leading Consultants and Product Architects and working with Project Managers, Industry Experts and Product Development teams to ensure project and customer success.
Responsibilities:
• Understand, demonstrate and drive how Siemens DI SW services will impact and integrate with customers' initiatives, business drivers, value and impact.
• Leverage industry best practices and templates for the Siemens DI SW solution delivered to provide customer value.
• Lead the architectural design area of one or many product domain solutions to address the customers' digital manufacturing business requirements.
• Understand customers' goals and objectives in order to identify what change initiatives are needed for the customer to be more efficient and productive.
• Translate manufacturing business requirements into specific solutions, applications or process designs for moderately to highly complex projects.
• Support project management activities to control scope, cost, schedule and quality.
• Communicate project processes and progress by interacting with the customer to support customer expectations and support customer adoption.
• Drive technical recommendations and implement overall manufacturing solution design.
• Application of our digital manufacturing solutions across many industries, and the ability to listen and understand our customers, is essential to being able to provide the manufacturing consulting required.
Our Benefits & Rewards
The total cash compensation range for this position is 125,300 - 250,600 with 10% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. The pay range for this position is 125,300 - 250,600 annually with a target incentive of 10 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
