Full Job Description
Provide support to production and assure optimum utilization of production facilities and personnel. Primary objectives include creation of Standard Work documentation and performing Risk Assessments for processes related to the machining and assembly team.

Depending on experience, responsibilities may include:
  • Creating Standard Work documentation
  • Experience assessing safety & ergonomic risks
  • Good industrial background
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer Skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Technical writing experience
  • Experience with SFMEA
  • Daily in-person interaction with the operations team, manufacturing engineers, and safety professionals.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor or Associate degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field is preferred,
  • Must have 5+ years of experience working in the manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations (machining, assembly) is required
  • Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer software
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities is required
  • Must be self-directed, self-starter, and be able to multi-task
  • High energy and a demonstrated ability to implement and get results are essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Must enjoy working in a team environment, and have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
