  • Learn and understand the existing R&D process developed at our HTC site.
  • Serve as the process owner during the industrialization phase, ensuring the core principles and quality of the original process are maintained during scale-up.
  • Collaborate with the Capability Acquisition, Automation, and Digital teams to develop and implement scalable manufacturing solutions.
  • Support process optimization, documentation, and validation to ensure repeatability, efficiency, and quality.
  • Drive improvements in manufacturing throughput, cost, and reliability.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with scaling.
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate automation and digital tools into the production process.
  • Maintain a self-directed approach to problem-solving and project execution with minimal supervision.
  • Act as a liaison between the R&D and production teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and alignment.
