Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:- Create comprehensive work instructions from engineering drawings and parts lists.
- Implement automation and advanced technologies to enhance build efficiency.
- Lead root cause corrective action (RCCA) and Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.
- Develop process improvements that lower cost, increase quality, and accelerate delivery.

MANDATORY:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Materials, Engineering or related discipline.
- Position requires 3+ years of experience with writing technical work instructions.
- Position requires 3+ years of working experience with with composites fabrication and/or optical assemblies.
- Position requires 3+ years of experience with working in a manufacturing floor environment.
DESIRED:- Able to work in a cross functional, teaming environment.
- Detailed knowledge of GD&T.
- SAP Experience.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma manufacturing, concepts, and techniques.
- CREO/ProE experience with a focus on tool design.
