- Work with other Engineers and Operators to identify and implement process improvements and projects.
- Establish root cause and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods and tools.
- Manage product & process change through participation in change control boards.
- Support production validation builds on new/modified processes.
- Define and implement production system standards, including staffing models, and provide training to Engineers and Technicians.

Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies:- Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience
- Technical requirement interpretation (Blueprints, Specifications)
- Able to use CATIA ,MASTER CAM and UNIGRAPHICS for creating Detail and assembly routings inspection media and troubleshoot models
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing (CNC machining) preferred

- Basic Microsoft Office skills to record and present data
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of ERP system

Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to maneuver up to 20 pounds. Will be performing substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
