Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document assembly processes using Lean Manufacturing methodologies. This will include complete documentation of the sequence of operation, standard times, material layout quality checks and process documentation.
  • Coordinate with supplier for test equipment that will be designed to test products assembled on the bench
  • Qualify the test process with the supplier to assure the test process is robust verifying function and assuring no quality escapes
  • Document the complete test process
  • Training technicians on assembly and test process. Validate technicians on competency to assembly & test process

Requirements:
  • 2-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of lean processes, assembly to TAKT time
  • Knowledge of bench build layout based on lean methodologies
