The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 depending on experience, plus bonus opportunity under the Karcher Incentive PlanThe deadline to submit applications is initially set for Monday, July 20th, 2026. This is how you WOW:- Drive Process Excellence: Improve KNA manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment to increase productivity, enhance quality, and reduce manufacturing costs while optimizing resources.
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Plan, schedule, and execute detailed phases of manufacturing engineering work for moderate to major-scope projects, ensuring successful implementation.
- Support Production & Transfers: Provide day-to-day production support to Operations while taking a lead role in the inter-company transfer of manufactured products globally and domestically.
- Manage & Mentor Teams: Direct, coordinate, and manage the activities of engineers, technicians, and assigned resources assisting with project assignments.
- Solve Problems & Innovate: Conduct thorough investigations for research projects, identify technical or resource concerns, and implement swift corrective actions.
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) from a four-year college or university.
- Proven Experience: 5 to 7 years of professional Engineering or Operations experience, including at least 2 years of dedicated project management experience.
- Technical & Lean Expertise: Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, tools, and processes, complemented by strong mechanical aptitude.
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office products, alongside expected skills in MS Project and Visio.
- Preferred Extras: Additional coursework in Lean/problem-solving techniques, and experience with new product production start-ups working with off-site design teams.

Work Environment & Physical Demands- Physical Effort: Regularly required to stand for up to 8 hours, walk frequently, and reach with arms and hands. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Vision Needs: Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Shop Environment: Frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is exposed to airborne particles. The noise level is usually high, requiring proper protective equipment.
