Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field plus 2 years' experience as a manufacturing engineer, or a master's degree in engineering, or an associate degree plus 4 years relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and ensure blueprint compliance.
• Expertise in GD&T, schematics, and relevant inspection equipment.
• Proficient in solid modeling techniques.
• Strong background in Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Practical, hands-on experience through employment or personal projects.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Model safe behavior in all tasks.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to promote continual improvement.
• Support the manufacturing engineering team and operations with technical assistance.
• Maintain and interpret manufacturing process documentation such as routers, SOP’s, and work orders.
• Evaluate non-conforming products and implement solutions.
• Provide technical analysis for business activities and supplier issues.
• Identify and incorporate new technologies to enhance manufacturing processes.
