Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field with 3 years of experience, or a Master's with 1 year, or an Associate's with 5 years, or 8 years of experience and a high school diploma/GED.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and ensure blueprint compliance.
• Proficient in GD&T, schematics, and relevant inspection equipment.
• Experience with solid modeling software.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles, with a focus on cost savings.
• Demonstrated hands-on abilities in engineering tasks or projects.
• Reliability in attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety as the core of daily operations.
• Drive quality improvements and cost reduction using Lean Six Sigma.
• Support the ME team with technical and operational guidance.
• Maintain manufacturing process documentation and interpret as needed.
• Evaluate and manage non-conforming products.
• Provide technical data for pre-business activities.
• Analyze supplier issues and offer technical guidance.
