Are you ready to drive change and operational excellence within a dynamic plant environment in El Paso, TX?

We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the pivotal role of Production Manufacturing Engineer. Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will play a key part in implementing Engineer-to-Order (ETO) standard processes and driving continuous improvement in methods and maintenance practices. What will you do?
  • Implement ETO standard processes for Methods and Maintenance within the plant, ensuring effective deployment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain standards with defined performance targets focused on continuous improvement, ergonomics, capacity optimization, investment planning, cost analysis, and operational performance.
  • Establish and promote Methods and Maintenance as a structured management and performance-driving system within the plant.
  • Define annual improvement objectives in collaboration with the Plant General Manager and monitor progress against the plant improvement roadmap.
  • Implement operational tools and methodologies to ensure efficient, reliable, and sustainable manufacturing operations.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including productivity, plant efficiency (KE), capacity utilization, and Capacity Analysis (CAMA).
  • Drive and monitor the Methods and Maintenance transformation plan to ensure the achievement of targeted operational and business results.
  • Prioritize critical improvement initiatives and maintain momentum to deliver expected performance outcomes.
  • Support the Methods/Maintenance Manager in implementing process, organizational, and operational improvements.
  • Lead the implementation of Line Architecture Design Methodology (LADM) to optimize production flow, line efficiency, and resource utilization.
  • Determine and maintain standard manufacturing times through the application of industrial engineering techniques, including work measurement, time studies, and established methods.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or similar role
• End to End view with the ability to define and deploy standard processes for all plants functions.
• Project management experience
• Experience in continuous improvement thru lean methodologies
• Strong ability to influence and convince stakeholders. Resilient and curious.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver results - solid network management

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
