What You Will Do
Interpret manufacturing requirements, develop and maintain Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs), and document manufacturingpractices
Support daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting and incorporating Engineering changes into the MDPs
Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and correction action analysis as required
Generate Change Requests (CRs) on technicalissues relating to the production manufacturing processDrive Continuous Improvement through process improvements to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk to assemblers, reduce cost, and improve space utilization, using CORE tools and data driven decision making
Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators, in-house as well as the supply base
Tool/fixture development

Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 0-2 years of prior relevant experience.
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
Prior internship, industry or manufacturing relevant experience
Previous experience with cable and wire harness design or manufacturing including point to point, branched harnesses, and radio frequency technology and/or knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD-001
Experience with automated tooling, machinery, and programming
A continuous improvement mindset to enhancemanufacturing methods through processmodernization
Active CONFIDENTIAL or SECRET clearance

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
