The Opportunity

At Hitachi Energy in Alamo, TN, we are looking for a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer with Mechanical or Electrical background who is excited to innovate, solve problems, and elevate how our products are made. In this role, you’ll help design, refine, and implement the processes and tools that power our manufacturing performance—ensuring that our products are built safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional partners, contribute to hands‑on troubleshooting, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. Every day, you’ll apply engineering concepts, data insights, and creative thinking to optimize manufacturing outcomes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Track project progress, maintain detailed records, and uphold quality and schedule standards.

  • Perform engineering assignments across a range of technical activities.

  • Develop work instructions, standard work, and job aids for manufacturing teams.
