- Help develop new business processes such as non-conformance management, process control, process safety, and asset maintenance to grow production line and build the foundation for high-volume production
- Gather data (labor hours, cycle times, fallout) to identify production bottlenecks, and propose and deploy solutions (design changes, process changes, equipment, automation)
- Identify high return-on-investment capabilities, including capital equipment and software capabilities that improve manufacturing processes, partnering with Production, Finance, Operations, and Facilities teams
- Collaborate on development of future processes in parallel with supporting and enabling higher output on current production line
