JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:- 30% office & 70% shop floor. Supporting PCN, Testing and validating process improvements, working with operators on maintaining processes, preparing reports and process review documents
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Part of the ME group supporting production processes and process improvement initiatives
- Support daily operations in the manufacturing process
- Work with quality, operations, and design teams to validate new processes and process improvements.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:- Years of experience: 8-10
- Degree requirement: Bachelor's in engineering field preferred but will consider comparable experience. (8-10 years if no BA)
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: - Manufacturing and machining environment experience
- CNC programing and process development
DESIRED SKILLS:- Experience with hone, OD/ID grinding, and centerless grinding
- Experience developing and maintaining automated cells.
The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 90,000 USD per year (Pontiac, IL )
