You'll oversee complex industrial processing equipment, develop preventative maintenance strategies, and mentor skilled engineering professionals. What You'll Accomplish

Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and develop a skilled engineering team through hands-on mentorship
  • Design comprehensive preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability
  • Partner with production and service teams to optimize plant-wide operations
  • Manage strategic spare parts inventory while controlling costs


Technical Excellence

  • Master complex systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical controls, and boilers
