Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with three years of engineering experience
• Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
• Strong oral, written, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to summarize technical data for executive-level presentations
• Experience in cross-functional team dynamics within powertrain manufacturing
• Proven coaching and mentoring abilities
• Advanced problem-solving skills with data analysis expertise
• Knowledge of strategic planning and cost studies
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Assess process changes and investment needs for cost studies
• Define engineering scope, manage RFQs, technical evaluations, and installations for cooling systems
• Prioritize and manage Non-New Model powertrain program requests for timely, budget-compliant completion
• Oversee site preparation and machine installation for New Model programs
• Implement flow activities and track the Iron Triangle metrics
• Aid in deploying Stellantis Production Way methodologies and root cause problem-solving techniques
• Develop and enhance process and equipment standards for facilities infrastructure
• Support various manufacturing plants across North America and cultivate Global CoC initiatives
• Drive standardization efforts among plants across regions
